I agree entirely. When I use my bluedv it connects to dcs and works splendidly. Could there be like a toggle switch switch where we could choose it to go to DCS. I would be most happy to test this feature for you. I believe the original irc-gateway had the intention to use dcs. All the xlx reflector...

i can confirm this works on my pistar. Adran Vk4TUX helped me with the configuration as described and it works great.
