Re: VPN with Pi-Star

There is nothing to add. Andrew explained everything "pi-star special" to implement your own firewall rules. I've done it the same way. You have to know, with which protocol and on which port(s) your vpn software is communicating. Maybe you will find this in the documentation of your vpn s...

Hi Bill,

I'm using OpenVPN with my Pi-Star 3 based repeater since several months here. No problems so far.

HD44780 LCD support compiled in?

Hi, I've connected a HD4478 LCD module to my Raspberry Pi 2 which is running Pi-Star. The wiring is done like described in https://github.com/g4klx/MMDVMHost/blob/master/README.HD44780 . I'm not using I2c. But it isn't working. https://forum.pistar.uk/posting.php?mode=post&f=3# The Display shows...

STM32-DVM V3: No firmware flash possible

Hi, some days ago I'd liked to upgrade the firmware of my STM32-DVM V3 board. But all I've seen is Using Parser : Raw BINARY Interface serial_posix: 57600 8E1 Unknown/unsupported device (Device ID: 0x421) This output seems to come from stm32flash, which is installed in version 0.4. Does this binary ...
