Re: APRS keeps ENABLED after Apply Changes
Andy, thank you for reply. I actually do not mind having APRS or position reporting settings (disable or enable) are on individual Gateway Page as long as once I have disabled it and it would stick no matter what I did to main configuration page. Currently, I would disabled it in YSFGW page, applied...

APRS keeps ENABLED after Apply Changes
I noticed every time I clicked "Apply Changes" on Configuration page the APRS on YSFGW keeps going to "1"? I have set it to "0" to disable it, I can reproduce this every time I clicked apply changes on configuration page. Even with nothing had changed, just simply hit a...

Re: Update producing error(s)
Also check the SD card brand against compatibility. I found one patriot model that will corrupt itself without you knowing it. Found that the hard way. https://elinux.org/RPi_SD_cards Ironically, the card in question WAS a Patriot but I just do not know the exact manufacturer part number. 73, Kit

Re: Organizing PiStar APRS suffixes
With these recent updates/upgrades APRS are just about everywhere.
Pi-star-ND is / are likely to be in YSF GW and NXDN GW under Expert page. Just look for APRS and change 1 to 0 to disable it if you do not want it.
Just look page by page under Expert menus, look for APRS stuffs.
HTH..

Re: Update producing error(s)
I tried sudo-update I see the same errors. I just got another SD card and start fresh, no issue. Maybe bad card, not sure.
When I get more time I will circle back to this card and try it again.
Thanks, Kit

Re: Post 25th Jan Changes
Please keep in mind that the dashboard and the binaries are separate things, so dashboard version whatever is not a measure of what version the binaries are. Now - back to the subject at hand - the new ircDDBGateway is different; the APRS setup is designed to have another daemon that collects all o...

Re: Post 25th Jan Changes
RaspiOS is the new name for Raspbian Linux, the RPi people decided to rename it. If you have accessed via SSH from the configuration->expert->SSH access menu and then logged in as user pi-star then a 'sudo pistar-update' will also update the underlying Raspbian Buster operating system. However it m...

Re: Post 25th Jan Changes
Have you done the RaspiOS updates underneath Pi-Star? It might make a difference. Was the question above directed at me? At any rate, I do not know "RaspiOS" updates is. Is it the same as "Upgrade" from an Expert menu? Could please you clarify "RaspiOS". I start off wi...
