Re: Some RTL firmware missing from Pi-Star v4.1.0-RC2
Don't know if you fixed it yet, but it caught me lately with a RPi-2 and RTL wifi USB that works fine normally, but will not load AP mode.

Re: STM32-DVM RSSI
Lookup mmdvmcal in RSSI mode (S/s).
It's included in Pi-Star.
It will give you the RSSI number for a given RF input.
Just hook your Sig Gen to the RX and adjust output in 10db steps from no signal (< -130dbm)
until it saturates maybe around -50dbm.
Enter those numbers in RSSI.dat.

Re: CAN-TRBO not showing in DMR Master dropdown
If you're like me and use DMR+_IPSC2-CAN-TRBO server a lot then it's worth creating a static entry for it.
The file /root/DMR_Hosts.txt is already in Pi-Star so you just need to add this server to it.
SSH in, rpi-rw, then "sudo pico /root/DMR_Hosts.txt".
You can either manually type in the info or ...

Re: CAN-TRBO not showing in DMR Master dropdown
This has been an on-going problem with the updates to DMR_Hosts files.
May have to create a local version in root.
The Aug-16 version is still bad.

Yes the DMR _Hosts file is messed up again. Updated Aug-16 it's missing all Canadian Hosts and probably many others.

Re: YSF2DMR has no "Options" for DMR+ servers
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your comments.
Yes in the old days we used Reflectors on DMR+ and the Private call made that TG static.
The DMR+_IPSC2 servers I use no longer support Reflectors.
While it's easy to use the talkgroup when you transmit, the server does not leave that static for receive.
