Kindly disregard......issue resolved.
Don't know why, but the R7 TX alignments required calibration after the FW update.
All good now.

Motorola R7 FW Update Issue
Hello all,
Just updated my R7 to the latest FW: R0224021002_242209_Portable_NA
The R7 can no longer transmit into my Hotspot. It receives correctly.
Hotspot is a homemade Pi-Zero with a MMDVM simplex hat.
If the Hotspot if fully released, when I PTT, the DMR & COS leds will light, but the COS goes ...
