Re: Lonestar: An issue or setup changes needed?

Everything indicates that it is working. Only thing that is not working is RF rx/tx.

Have been debugging it with the board developer (which is very helpful).
Have x-tested with two radios, a RPi3 and RPiZ, and Jumbo mmdvm board.
Might have died during transportation.

Re: Lonestar: An issue or setup changes needed?

Thanks. No I'm in the 433 range.
Tried the CAL procedure, but no signal at all. Tried with another DMR radio, but same result.
So module must be defect I guess.

Lonestar: An issue or setup changes needed?

Hi I have a RPi3B+ with a Chinese Jumbospot and Nextion 2.4 (USB) display. Working fairly well. Just received a Lonestar simplex board. Replaced the Combo with the Lonestar, and set RX/TX offset to 0 (as on the box). The setup receives the data from wifi and displays it correctly, but I have no sign...

Re: Weird audio on Zumspot with FT70

I always have AMS off on the digital channels. Have just tried to enable, but same honk is heard (expected).

Re: Weird audio on Zumspot with FT70

Seems no resolution on this issue? I have one zumspot in operation, and three jumbospots in the drawer. All four have this loud honk sound on the FT-70 and a FT-3D. I have recently got a openspot3 and this one does have this at all, tested on both radios. So it must be something on the MMDVM boards ...

Buying BI7JTA or other Hat in Europe?

Hi I have currently a RPi3b+ with Nextion 2.4 (USB) and then a cheap Jumbospot Hat. The Jumbospot is unstable (surprise...). I have tried to calibrate both RX and TX with my DMR radio, but still not satisfied. I would like to buy a quality Hat for this setup. I shall be able to buy it in Europe as I...

Re: How to start the NextionDriver?

So started all over on another SD card, and without install the driver. The display works now :-) One issue I also had before was that the USB option was not present before installation of the NextionDriver. Then it appeared. And now after installing the NextionDriver and afterwards checking the ins...

Re: How to start the NextionDriver?

Thanks for responding. It is a completely new setup. After doing the initial setup and checking that YSF was working, I did run the procedure as described with git clone and install.sh, and after that i also did that check of the installation. After the first check, then MMDVMHost was not configured...
