SOLVED: Even in the whitelist, the normal rubrics for weather are prefixed with 10nn. Added 1080 to whitelist and confirmed I am receiving my weather station in the non-Skyper format. Also confirmed with support that the Wx stations are only broadcast every 4 hours via DAPNet.

I am using the PD0DIB Model 10 2.4" Duplex file that works fine other than the touchscreen buttons for shutdown and reboot will indicate on-screen they are pressed, but will not make the Pi do anything.

I am using the same case, with a 3b and duplex hat with that fan. It runs, but it still gets very warm ~60°c idle. Will drill holes in the sides of the case to let in air.
