I use (amoung others) a ZumSpot on a Raspberry Pi Zero 2, built together as a whole, like a hat for the Pi. Much to my satisfaction I must say. I use DMR, DStar, and YSF mainly. In case that you are wondering where 'ipv4.fw' comes from, there are Wiki pages which describe how to add custom firewall ports to your setup. That is what I did.

Firewall issue
Recently I upgraded my hotspot from Zero to Zero 2. Quad core an all that. It works perfectly. The only thing is, that my 'ipv4.fw' file is the /root directory does not seem to be read or interpreted for some reason (it didn't do that before either). How do I get my pi-star to read that file? I think I got it. Have you tried 'sudo pistar-firewall' after the change?

Got the same problem here. With RC3, added two lines in ipv4.fw, and subsequently they aren't read.
I tried 'chgrp' and 'chown' to 'mmdvm' but that didn't work (well, 'chgrp' and 'chown' did work ofcourse).
I also tried to misspell 'ipv4.fw' but to no avail.
See what comes up...
