Re: Anytone 878 won't connect
Did you check the frequency offset of the hotspot? I had the same problem with my Anytone 878 and found, that the hotspot had an offset of more than 2 kHz. The Anytone seams to be sensitive to frequency offset. THANK YOU! I did recheck the offsets and though it was only 300hz it was identical on bo...

Re: Anytone 878 won't connect
Great idea, thanks. I checked it out, the offset is only about 250hz, so it shouldn't make a difference. But I'll double check and see if that might bring it in.

Anytone 878 won't connect
I have 3 DMR radios, all configured the same - Anytone 868 and 878 and Baofeng 1701. The Anytone's are actually clones. I have 2 Pi-Star Hotspots - both MMDVM hats. They are clones. Everything is working fine - radios talk to each other in simplex, radios hit other repeaters, radios connect through ...

Somewhere in this thread I missed the answer to the title question. Is it possible to install Pi-Star on an existing system? aka Can Pi-Star coexist with other software? . I am not trying to build a new device as others in this thread. But I was trying to load FlightAware and FlightRadar24 as ADSB r...

Re: DMR2YSF settings problem
Update - I have noticed that the YSF Network ID on my dashboard is not the same as the number I provided through the TalkGroup. My DMR TG of 7100290 (supposed to be America, room 2-90?) actually put me in "FCS00287". So maybe I'm not getting to anyone because I'm actually linked to an unus...

DMR2YSF settings problem
I've had my Pi-Star setup on DMR successfully, and even configured it to run both DMR and YSF - so I can access it with my DMR handheld and my YSF radio to reach their respective networks (verified with contacts on both). But what I really want to do it use my DMR HT to access both networks. Specifi...
