I was able to do this by configuring as stated in the paragraph below from a YouTube video . Make sure both DMR and DMR2YSF are both on. Go to DMR configuration and change your DMR Master to DMRGateway. Hit apply changes. After the apply changes, a greatly expanded DMR Configuration section appears....

DMR2YSF FCS TG numbers do not map properly
In the screenshoot you can see in the Gateway Activity list, Reflector 7100404 is listed on the fourth line down (Callsign WI5F) and the three entries higher in the list. Reflector 7100404 is the Reflector number that I have to dial from my Anyton 878 HT in order to get to FCS00390 (see bottom left ...
