I have exactly the same problem on my Icom IC-7100 and Zumspot. I hear the announcements when someone keys up, I hear people calling, but my keying up does nothing, nobody seems to hear me, Unlink and Echo commands do not seem to have any effect. Also, my Zumspot does not show anything when I key up...

The problem seems to be solved now.

Only the big letters on the display (DMR, D-Star) seem to be a bit blocky.
Any idea of the correct resolution?
I know how to set that.
