This issue only happens when the raspberry pi boots up prior to the Internet network being available. In my car I have an OpenSpot, GL-AR150 router and a pi-3 b+ with MMDVM board. The OpenSpot and pi-3 are connected via ethernet cables to the GL-AR150. When I start the car, all 3 of the devices star...
