Re: Multiple Static TalkGroups
Observed behavior puts the idle time at about 5 minutes. I suppose I could do a packet capture and see if BM is feeding all static groups and it's Pi-star that selects which one to send out over RF. The BM dash on their site talks about "slots linked" so it may know if/which time slots pi-...

Multiple Static TalkGroups
Duplex hotspot with multiple static TGs defined for a TS, and traffic coming in from the net for TGx, now long does TGx have to remain idle (silent) before traffic from another TG?
Is this a function of Pi-Star or BrandMeister?

Re: "linked" talkgroups?
I'm running a duplex hotspot. I observe #1 which causes the "linked" TG to change. Can change frequently if I have multiple static TGs defined.

Re: "linked" talkgroups?
What does "connected to" mean? My experience is not much, since keying up with the radio set to a different TG will change it. As will traffic from the net from a different TG.

"linked" talkgroups?
Duplex hotspot, using Brandmeister. On the admin dash, at the lower left, it shows the talkgroup and reflector for each timeslice. I seem to remember these being referred to as the "linked" talkgroup. What, exactly, is this telling me? If I have several static talkgroups set for TS2 (for e...

Re: SD card says write protected in W10
Tried it in an adapter, and with a usb drive that accepts micro SD directly. Same result. New card is booting in the hotspot as we speak. Time will tell.

Re: SD card says write protected in W10
Etcher won't let me select it since it, too, thinks it's locked.
I already tried the diskpart procedure (one of the things my google search turned up) but that didn't help.
Something in the card must have really gotten smoked...

SD card says write protected in W10
Decided it was time to re-burn my SD card to 4.1 Card has been running 3.4.17 24x7 for about a year. Did power-off shut down from pi-star dash. Both SD Card Formatter and W10 formatter refuse to format, each complaining that the card is write protected. Initially tried SD in adapter (lock off) in SD...

Re: Brandmeister - static and dynamic duplicate
I'm looking at things in the BM API section of the pi-star dashboard.
