Preventing changes to Pi-Star Reflector Setting
My group has a P25 pi-star acting as a gateway to our local repeater with an associated reflector. We need to prevent the reflector from being changed and disconnecting the repeater from the reflector. Therefore, we need a way to lock, or disable, the ability for a user from changing the node reflec...

Re: Auto Re-link?
Seconding a need for an answer to this question. My group has a P25 reflector assigned to our local repeater and want to insure that the gateway node is always pointing to our reflector. This is especially important as someone with a misconfigured radio can inadvertently change the reflector and dis...

Re: Configuring a P25 Gateway With a Duplicate CCS7 and Callsign
As an update to my original post; we have successfully deployed a P25 reflector and client node using the same CCS7/DMR user ID with no ill effects.

I figured it out.
Needed to configure port forwarding for port 80.

Pi-Star Node Remote Management
I'm in the process of deploying a pi-star gateway and need to have remote access for monitoring and control. I would have liked to use VNC, but since it doesn't appear that pi-star includes a desktop GUI, this isn't an option. Ideally, I could just bring up the Pi-Star Dashboard, but I haven't been ...

Re: DVMEGA PISTAR P25 ISSUES
Assuming you have the NAC configured correctly in the node?
Is the XTS2500 configured to use TG? If so, you need to set them up with the CPS, otherwise he 2500 may be changing the TG without you knowing it.
I have my XTS2500 configured to with with a pistar and it works great!

Configuring a P25 Gateway With a Duplicate CCS7 and Callsign
I'm hoping the P25 User Family can help with this question: I've built and deployed a P25 reflector for our local P25 user group which is working fine when accessed via digital access nodes (pistar, open spot). Now I am building a P25 RF gateway (high powered hotspot) that will be deployed to connec...
