Re: Recovering settings from failed SD card

Thanks for the replies all. I created a new SD card with a fresh Pi-Star install and then copied over the /etc/mmdvmhost file. That seems to have done most of the work and the repeater is back up and running. I did try running fsck by putting the bad card into a USB adaptor and plugging in into a Li...

Recovering settings from failed SD card

I've had an SD card failure in a repeater and yes, I know, I should have a back up image but I don't. Quite frankly, I'm ashamed! Unable to read firmware version

I've been given this board to play with and the first obstacle seems to be a firmware issue.

Is there a guide on how to flash the firmware on this? Also, what modem should be selected in pi-star?

Thanks.

Could you give an example entry for me?

Prevent UA Talkgroups

I have 3 static talkgroups set up on my repeater but there are some users who are managing to use other, random talkgroups and leave them connected. Is there a way to prevent any talkgroups except the ones that I set?

I am using DMR gateway and am connected to Brandmeister and DMR+.
