Re: Pulled the hot spots out and dusted them off
original code was 3.4 and when that failed to work I built a fresh install of 4.1 . I dont use the backups. If updates fail then I prefer fresh clean installs

I pulled out my portable to check it out and I can't bring it up. I verified frequency on the portable and the hotspot. This was with P25. I...

Is there plans for DMR2P25
I have seen all of these DMR to other modes but no DMR to P25 on the Pi Star. I was wondering if there are any plans for this.

Re: jessie-backports
It appears that Backport was just a testing area and was removed.
the thing to do is
rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jessie-backports.list
apt-get update
all is well.

V4.0.0RC3
I have been playing with this and I'm running into the same issue with different Pi's an different MicroSD cards. Everything works solid on 3.4.17 What happens with RC 3. looking for a solution
I have several Motorola Quantar Repeaters that are running P25 operation on P25NX. I want the ability to access these repeaters via Hotspot.
I'm entertaining ideas on how to do this. Linking with PiStar is an option. The question is how to do this and do it right,
Mike

DMR, t0.txt and t2.txt
from what I have read these two values change the font size depending t\on the string length. How can I can this to a fixed font ? This is the only problem I have with my screen. I have tried setting another variable . t10.txt = t0.txt and t12.txt = t2.txt. This action only locks the "listening...

Restricting P25 groups
I have looked on wikis and Facebook. I have seen the questions without answers.
How can I restrict what P25 talkgroups actually key up my repeater ?
I have only a couple talkgroups that I would like to hear come through the repeater.
Thanks
Mike
