The MMDVM hat firmware was corrupted somewhere.
A ran a MMDVM Hat flash update and that solved the RED D-Star Mode issue and the blank Txrx field.

Just got the board earlier this week and after numerous attempts with different versions of pi-star, I still can't get DStar Mode to turn GREEN. I also can see that the TXRX is blank.
