Re: Some Reflectors work some do not

Are CCS registrations even a thing these days, most DCS reflectors have now migrated to XLX and is the team behind DCS/CCS still around? Last I heard they disbanded, but if they are you could ask this directly to them. As the error reports your registration is being rejected. Sent via smoke signals ...

Re: Bridging Wires-X to YSF

The basics are Yaesu dont want you on their network. They want you to buy into their hardware to allow you to access wires X. Successive firmwares from them have made it more and more difficult to achieve direct mmdvm hardware connection to their hardware and of rf bridging. Even with instances wher...

Re: TG On Dashboard Incorrect

If your connecting to a FCS reflector their no. system got messed up a while back. Even std. YSF users get routed to rooms they werent expected to connected with.

Re: Radio ID Below 10000

There’s a checker in the source code DMRAccessControl.CPP that checks if the number is <10,000 and if so it returns false. Just edit the line and recompile and it works fine. I have no idea why they would do this Because Ham ID's follow global MCC allocations and there are none issued below that no...

Re: Radio ID Below 10000

First off ensure it is for use with ham radio. using ham ID's on ham frequencies. If ur using this on a commercial network there is no support for this and, more importantly you risk the loss of pistar and bigger... the whole MMDVM project from the lawyers of the big companies envolved in DMR. Neith...

Re: Pi-star will not load on my iMac computer

The ip lease might of expired or another device on your network might of grabbed that address if your router is dynamically assigning addresses using DHCP. Log into ur router, or use a network scanner app to check the ip thats now in use by ur hotspot. Whilst ur in ur router checking set the hotspot...

Re: Remove an FCS Reflector??

You cant. the fcs (same with all reflectors) are automatically populated in hosts if theyre reporting as online to their registar. pistar backend uses the appropriate registry to generate its host lists and pushes that out accordingly by the auto updates. basically... if its reporting as online to i...
