In last couple of days I did "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade" few times on raspbian buster full image on 3A+ and it passed fine.

There are three option AFAIK: 1. on Pi-Star admin dashboard (if you have connected Pi-Star to BM via API) type 91 in Static Talkgroup, select appropriate TS under Slot, select Delete under Add/Remove and click Modify Static button under Action; 2. login to BrandMeister.network, go to My HotSpots on ...

When it happens again, can you check if green LED on Raspberry-Pi starts flashing, like there is SD read/write activity, until it stays fully on. At that point Pi-Star seems frozen, but it's not the case, it does partially respond to commands via SSH, if you were already connected. It happens to me ...

I don't know what you did, but you are wrong.
LogoScreensaver=0 means blank screen and LogoScreensaver=1 activates scrolling logo.
Traffic info is not affected in either way, it is shown on screen when present.

As you have made new SD card by flashing latest image to it, as opposed to having old one which is updated/upgraded since, there is one option that is added/changed default: LogoScreensaver=0 under Configuration/Expert/MMDVMHost/OLED.
