Re: pistar hostfiles - entry for DMR+_IPSC2-VKHOTSPOT

Edit: The post prior to this beat me to the same answer! - Change into the /usr/local/etc directory - Edit the file DMR_Hosts.txt The only thing I'd do differently would be to insert that into /root/DMR_Hosts.txt because that way it won't be overwritten with the daily update, but be appended to the...

Re: pistar hostfiles - entry for DMR+_IPSC2-VKHOTSPOT

The IPSC2 back end automatically populates and pistar grabs the file daily, so if it's not in your list of servers (I will add its not listed in any of my hotspots but one that I manually added. It's possible that this list is not updated daily as I was to assume, not sure but I'm sure that others w...

Re: YSF Reflector Dashboard Icon

The double "" after logo is where you can define the path to the the logo... define("LOGO", ""); for example /var/www/db/image.png define("LOGO", "/var/www/db/image.png"); You can also define the rendered size of the image file in index.php under the section... <div id="Logo" width="250px" style="wi...

Re: ATTN: MW0MWZ Build documentation requested

Looking like a write permission, before attempting to do anything did you change the file system to read/write by using rpi-rw

Pistar, once fully booted defaults to read only file system!

Re: YSF Reflector Dashboard Icon

Do you mean that you're hosting your own and want to change the default? Or do you mean within pi-star?

Re: 2 dvrptr boards at once

No, mmdvm was not designed to be as a multi host system. So it's single device only.

Re: XLX Reflector sporadically not appearing in Pi-Star list

XLX reflectors have their own call home function and this is how the host file is generated (once a day) so if for whatever reason a reflector is unavailable or off-line during that time it will fail to be included in the host file for that given day.

Re: System Corn Reboot Pi-Star

If you change to the root user and just try...

Code: Select all

sudo - s
/sbin/shutdown -r now
This should cause the pi to reboot! (I've just tested it and it works)

Code: Select all

15 3 * * * root /sbin/shutdown -r now >/dev/null 2>&1
So this "should" work! [emoji2957]
