Let me be clear I needed to use two hotspots. Let me see if I can draw this out. Just want to update on this. I got it to work. At first I tried this "fix" but it didn't work. I guess it didn't fully get implemented. After another attempt and a reboot, it now works. RemoteGateway = 1 under Expert -> MMDVMHost -> System Fusion. Default value is 0. Once I changed it to 1...

BM have a solution that links into a wires node. (A friend of mine runs one this way. 27753, it permits YSF/DMR/Wires X bridging where all talk as one). You could do similar using DMR as the hub, all you need is a DMR ID to use as the TG. Then go YSF2DMR and DMR2WiresX using the BM TG as the "...
