Because RPi's don't have traditional real time clocks with a battery backup. The time is synced during boot with a time server over the network. Try rebooting it, that should fix it, but it is also possible the network is taking longer than normal to become stable. I explained it in a similar post....

Just wait until the automatic nightly update pulls the most current database, or if you are that impatient do a manual update using the dashboard or SSH.
