Re: "D-Star Net" Spontaneously Disconnecting
Thanks! That'll teach me to be sure to check the Pi-Star logs for cues before I give up. There's nearly always a clue or two buried in there if you're willing to go hunting. In truth, I kinda dig that sort of troubleshooting.

Re: "D-Star Net" Spontaneously Disconnecting
Not certain yes, but I may have solved it. Looking through the logs, I found a certain error message repeatedly. Googling it, I found that the errors were caused by a static APRS server that was either offline or behaving badly. Changing to the round robin URL as I now know is recommended instead of...

So what's the right answer? Is this behavior normal? Are there two data streams, one each for static and dynamic connections? Or is just it a display redundancy? I don't want to be causing connection problems -- I want to get it right.
Any advice is welcome!
Thanks, folks!

Static and Dynamic TG's
This is likely a silly question. I have a static TG programed into TS1 on my PiStar and it works great. When I key up on TG xxxx, it ALSO says that I have a DYNAMIC TG with the same number as the static one, which seems redundant. Question: Should that be the case? Should I be communicating with the...
