It requires a working internet connection.

Pi-Star is designed to be used as a hotspot, not for a cheap replacement for a repeater controller.

After the 4.1.5 update the D-star, DMR, YSF services turn red.

They only turn green if you connect raspberry with internet.

I'm thinking about building a repeater without network connection but it's not working.

Can someone help me?
