Re: incoming dplus connection
Do you know how to use tcpdump? You could figure out his IP address and block him via a firewall rule.

Re: FW v. 1.07
Is anyone running fw 1.07 experiencing a serial number corruption issue?
Back level to 1.05 and the serial number reads correctly but cannot be read after applying 1.07.
I also see there is a 1.08, that is what my 1.25m DVAP is running. However I can find no web references to it.

Re: DMRGateway and Alphanumeric XLX
A colleague built the most recent versions from the G4KLX repo and reported that this does not yet seem to be supported. No not a Pi-Star issue but upstream.

Re: DMR Gateway - why rewrite TG9?
This would normally be done to override a PassAllTG done in a different section of the config.

DMRGateway and Alphanumeric XLX
I have put up XLXIP6 which I'm using for IPv6 code testing with xlxd.
It seems that DMRGateway is not connecting (via IPv4). Is this a Pi-Star specific issue or upstream with G4KLX/DMRGateway?
Behavior verified with tcpdump on both the Pi-Star host and the xlxd host.

Re: DMRGateway Issue
Now that you have select dmrgateway, you still need to take care of your Brandmeister settings, including hotspot security.
Please revisit the configuration page and take another look at the DMR Configuration section.

Re: Quadnet Callsign Routing Broken (and the fix)
There is something set in your ircddbgateway file that the Pi-Star menu system does not like.
If you're comfortable with a text editor such as vi or nano, you can use that to make the change. The file you want is /etc/ircddbgateway.

Re: Multiple DMR ids...
If you go to the http://radioid.net website and open a ticket indicating which ID you want to return to the pool, they will take care of it for you. They will also be most appreciative!

This was in the initial message in this thread:
"If you do not do D-Star Routing, no action on your part is required."
