Re: DMR Gateway dropping out

Seems like you worked it out ok. There seems to be 2 places this can be entered, in the "Configuration" page, General Configuration section. This info must be written to "Configuration/Expert/DMR GW" in the [Info] section. If you edit in the Configuration page it will probably disable TGIF in the Ex...

Re: DMR Gateway dropping out

No worries Alan, I am glad I have been some help.

It is also good to get the parrots and the announcements working on each of the networks. I am getting there slowly.

Re: Read-write 5057 to 234999

If it works, that's great. I don't think that you need to specify both time-slots, most likely you only need PCRewrite=2,5057,2,234999,1 You could check which time slot is being used on the Pi-Star Dashboard Alternatively, you could edit the radio/code plug "APRS TG" and replace 5057 with 234999 in ...

Re: How do I tell Brandmeister I have a hotspot? (New guy)

It seems "Brandmeister" was obviously confused with "Pi-Star"

Re: How do I tell Brandmeister I have a hotspot? (New guy)

-N and -B seem to be related to my hotspot. But that's why I want to be able to change some settings on Brandmeister, so I can tell it to quit sending those position updates to APRS-IS. Yes my friend, you are right. However: -N.jpg -B.jpg So the issue of the postions being sent seems to be with D-S...

Re: How do I tell Brandmeister I have a hotspot? (New guy)

Hello folks. I just set up an MMDVM hotspot last week and I'd like it to quit sending position updates to APRS-IS. From APRS.fi it looks like you are sending positions from radio for WD8CIV-9 and WD8CIV-10. For "-B" and "-N", it appears they derive from D-Star and YSF. Not quite sure about "-3". AP...

Re: Prevent UA Talkgroups

To prevent user access to dynamic TG's in BM network, remove the PASSALL rules and add rules for those TG's you want, eg: TGRewrite0=2,92,2,92,1001 More good info on talk groups rules: https://forum.pistar.uk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2252&p=11542#p11542 https://github.com/g4klx/DMRGateway/wiki/Rewrite-Ru...

I am using DMR gateway and am connected to Brandmeister and DMR+.
You could edit your talk group rewrite rules, to only include those talk groups that you want. This would prevent any other talk groups from being activated, however this would apply to yourself as well.
