Prob. not as pistar is configured to run the OS in a read only environment. Your additional software will prob. suffer when modified to run RO, if it'll run that way at all?

Pistar was written around MMDVM at its heart. MMDVM was created for use with digital voice modes with no support for using analogue based systems.

There are a ga-zillion all-star images available on the net, too my knowledge non of them use MMDVM type hardware.
