Currently NXDNGateway is not operational on the Pi-Star image. It should be released soon. Until then you only have access to the test reflector.

The only way you would be able to is to edit the P25Hosts.txt file and remove the ones you dont want. However in Pi-Star it pulls the current authorized talk groups from the Github site and it would overwrite any changes.

Contact Jonathan Naylor G4KLX . He is the one that controls which P25 Reflectors are added to the official P25Hosts.txt file on the Github Repository.
