pistar-mmdvmcal not transmitting

I have a HS-HAT running 1.4.17 it works in every way I can use it. It is a dual HAT that I will run as a simplex HAT (have to change driver in version 4). When I tried to use pistar-mmdvmcal I get no errors however I cannot see it on the SDR radio sitting next to it. If I put it back into regular se...

Re: Pi-Star Remote

All, is there a way to include * as the keeper for the callsign list? We live in a small town and if the repeater messes up or we need the PI to use the backup routing because our internet goes down then it needs to be restarted. I would like anyone in the club to be able to send the restart command...

59 19 * * 1 root /usr/local/sbin/pistar-link ref024_a
00 21 * * 1 root /usr/local/sbin/pistar-link ref024_c

Re: command line link/unlink

I was thinking it should look like:

59 19 * * 1 "pistar-link 024_A"'''

however I am not sure as I have not written any scripts for pi-star before

Re: command line link/unlink

HI, for the not so savvy Linux guy (me). How do a write a CRON to do the following:

Link to 24 C on startup (that was easy)
Monday at 19:59 unlink 24 C
Monday at 20:00 link 24 A
Monday at 20:59 unlink 24 A
Monday at 21:00 link 24 C

Examples would be welcome, thank you

Re: DMR2YSF is it working ?

So to recap your post here: I want to use my DMR radio to connect to only one YSF room. I made a channel on simplex that matches my hotspot I made TG 7 for the above channel I added that channel into a zone DMR2YSF In PI-Star turning on DMR2YSF does nothing by itself so I assume I have to turn on DM...

Re: Pi-Remote commands not working

Wait, I think it is working now....when I change my contacts from group to private the radio software deleted the TG numbers. I reinstalled the TG's number with the TG set to private. the reboot display ~~close~~ on the screen. I don't see the shutdown doing anything.

Re: Pi-Remote commands not working

So, I added these three TG's 8999998, 8999997, 8999996 in to my digital contacts. Added the contacts to three channels. Added the three changes into a zone named "PI". When I key up, the jumbospot shows the new TG in the display and on the dashboard however the command does not work. Yes I...
