Re: Ver 4.1 and Pi zero w

Most likely this is just a case of the original poster not being patient enough. A RPi Zero W can take a full minute to become stable when booting, where a 3B+ and a 4B can be stable in 10-15 seconds. The major difference is between a single processor at 1 Ghz, and 4 processors at 1.2, 1.4 or 1.5 G...

Re: DMR Gateway dropping out

Stephen, I notice your HS is registered against 8/4 (i.e. 3804 is your local? I am also registered there But I do not have any OPTIONS set so I don't know how I got this set. I assume if I have it set I would rather be set to 8/2 (i.e. NSW) but how do I do that? Hi Alan, From my current Expert, Ful...

Re: DMR Gateway dropping out

Hi Alan Very short transmissions from DMR+ network seems to give a high packet loss. The longer the transmission the more accurate the packet loss that is reported (0.8 sec gives 42% packet loss). Re: DMR Gateway dropping out

No worries Alan, I am glad I have been some help.

It is also good to get the parrots and the announcements working on each of the networks. I am getting there slowly.

Re: Read-write 5057 to 234999

If it works, that's great. I don't think that you need to specify both time-slots, most likely you only need PCRewrite=2,5057,2,234999,1 You could check which time slot is being used on the Pi-Star Dashboard Alternatively, you could edit the radio/code plug "APRS TG" and replace 5057 with ...

Re: How do I tell Brandmeister I have a hotspot? (New guy)

It seems "Brandmeister" was obviously confused with "Pi-Star"
