Re: New releases
No. The newer 4.2.1 and 4.3 releases are only available as a download and sd card burn. They both run newer pi OS so cant be upgraded from the older vers. You should be able to get to the 4.1.7 and 4.1.8 which still run the older pi OS using update & upgrade providing ur already running a 4.** r...

Re: pistar-remote Questions
You seem to of missed the point of my reply, so I'll be a little more direct... How can it accept the commands over RF if the software services and / or hardware running the repeater is powered down? If either are off line, you have no functioning repeater. If mmdvmhost is not running theres nothing...

Re: pistar-remote Questions
Restart & restart services are prob. the two commands that make most sense here as if you issue a serv kill. Mmdvm host, dmrgateway, etc. (The softwares associated to making the pi and board run as a repeater) stop running. so there's nothing that will see or action your follow up RF requests. I...

Re: pistar-remote Questions

Clearing memory ram, log files etc. restart services... stops, then restart...

Re: New releases
I do hope that there is or can be added an option to effect a different colorization choice for the GUI, as I find WPSD's blue menus to be more pleasing to my eyes then the red used in Pi-Star. However, I would like more of a configuration mechanism that would allow people to select whatever color ...

MMDVMHost-20240210_PS4 exited on receipt of SIGTERM
SIGTERM is SIGnal to TERMinate, meaning "something" has told the application to quit.
What that "something" is will be the thing that needs exploring.

Re: Custom hotspot name on dashboard????
At the bottom of the css tool page is BannerH1 and Banner ext text. Enter your chosen text in one or another of the text boxes and change enabled from 0 to 1 Then save changes. When it comes back up you should see ur chosen text on the dashboard header. Sent via smoke signals using my SM-G960F
