The Nextion driver may be in place but the MMDVM configuration changes are not. You drop the new/revised wpa_supplicant.conf file in the boot directory of the Pi-Star Image SD card while it's mounted on your Windows machine (typically, it's the only directory you can get to via Windows). You can plug a mouse and keyboard into the USB ports and a monitor into one of the HDMI ports (or just the monitor alone if you want), but alas you will not have access to the dashboard through any of those devices. The dashboard and all that it details is only accessible via a browser.

Just a guess on my part, but your prior adapter may have been failing the way it did because of undervoltage conditions.

IF you're trying to Drop a QSO, you need to select the Delete option as well. Otherwise, the request will fail.
