If not you'll need to pester the developer of dmrgateway as pistar builds, pull from source.

4.2.0 runs a newer underlying OS so the update requires a reburn. Log into ur BM selfcare acc and read the device logs to see if they give you an idea of why ur not connecting with the server.

known as a captive portal and theres is noway to have ur hotspot negotiate through it.

You could try to tether ur hotspot to ur phone via usb and have the phone connect to their wifi, negotiating their portal via the phone to make use of the free service.
