Re: XLX Reflectors
XLX reflector's themselves do not have their own protocol. Unlike ref reflector's that use DPlus, XRF reflectors that use DExtra or DCS reflectors that use, well DCS an XLX reflector can use any of the three protocols listed here. It's simply dependant of what hosts.txt file the reflectors IP addres...

Re: Decisions, Decisions
You could use the hardware you already have with a pi3 or a pi zeroW connecting ur bluestacks / dvmega to the pi using the usb lead. Or of course running just the dvmega ontop of the Pi's gpio.

Scroll down to the panel where you add new WiFi connections and simply move the connections around as they're listed top most is the highest priority, bottom most the least.

Re: Cannot find pistar.local
Hotel, restaurant, fast food WiFi outlets don't permit devices to 'see' one another over their connected networks.. image if I could surf ur pc files, using my laptop whilst we're connected to their same network., it's a security implementation.

Re: UDRC II
No it doesn't.... It was designed with DStarrepeater in mind, when a challenge was issued to get a yeasu dr1 running DSTAR as a joke amongst the developers.. but turned into a actual product.. It's basically a gpio soundfob with PTT although I think it has a little clever filtering inbuilt also... u...
