Re: RepeaterBuilder v4 PTT not working

If ur running f/w 1.6.1 on the board we're not quite ready to support that yet. Its in the works but we'll need to make changes to support the higher data rates of that firmware.

Re: YSF problems after last Pistar upgrades v.4.1.7 – 4.1.8

Most of what im seeing is its related to one country... so I wonder if this is related to the no. of IT stations that installed a patch supplied by a couple of their fellow countrymen? It might be interesting for them to try a new burn of 4.1.7 /4.1.8, which will remove the patch. Its seems its a sm...

Re: M17 mode HAT firmware support

Hold off at this time. There's more to do to fully incorporate the needs of that f/w update. As of now, you can use pistar with a m17 equipped radio.

Re: Can I use the HDMI port on my ZUMspot elite 3.5?

Google raspberry pi SBC. Most every hotspot is based on a pi of some sorts. That said ... there is no graphical user interface loaded onto the pistar image. The OS needs to support a gui in order to output to a connected screen. pistar was built to run headless, meaning it doesn't make use the HDMI ...

No. You need a duplex setup to simultaneously run both slots.

Re: Brandmeister: Repeater ID has wrong configuration...

It is the biggest DMR network for certain, with the busiest TG's so you wont be long before you find someone to chat with. Be mindful though worldwide, and statewide TG's have 10min defaults where your encourage to move to other tgs (TAC groups) if you want to chew away for longer overs. Have a look...

Re: Brandmeister: Repeater ID has wrong configuration...

Dont enter ur ID as the full 9 digit group. Use the default 7 digits and add the SSID using the drop down in the DMR section of the config. Id say from the error message something is not configured correctly. BM have a check in place to ensure ur setup is what you say it is. Duplex = two freqs enter...

Re: Zumspot 3.5 Elite not "initializing"

Usually youll see Initialising when the setup is trying to connect to a home network. Without a net connection the services wont start up.

Log into ur router and check if it sees the hotspot connected.
