Re: Pi-Star cannot be seen by TP Router - was (three of them) OK when last used 6 months ago.
I have looked at everything in the router and cant see what could have changed, the open spot is still working fine, I dont think I have done anything to the router. The hotspot displays are working but the IP address that comes up when using the phone is.. 192.168.207.13, could this be the problem...

Re: FM repeater not working, what's going on?
Oh, that's unfortunate. So I can have a D-Star repeater with this hat, but not an FM one. Your reply seems to point to this being a hardware limitation, is that the case? Is there a way to cheaply have a low power repeater at home? Considering most of these units only provide around 10-100mW transm...

Re: Need choose OS help to built RPI Dual hotspot
No, you will not get anything out on the HDMI. Nextion's are controlled by GPIO pins -- just a more glorified variant of the old 2x16 Hitachi LCD displays found on so many projects. As I understand it, the display loads a template on startup which defines fixed/background image data and variable/fie...

Re: pi-star showing red
Insufficient information. For one thing "Modem Type" is an entry on the configuration page. It does not have red/green display. The dashboard/admin page has "Modes Enabled" and "Network Status" which track different items. Which are red? For D-Star, are you registered w...

Re: New MMDVM setup WiFi ok but cannot update configuration
Have recently purchased a Jumbospot (Chinese) from Amazon Pi-Star:3.4.16 / Dashboard: 20221114. Really? 3.4.16? That was deprecated years ago -- the current Pi-Star release is 4.1.6. I've just run pistar-update/pistar-upgrade on my system and the most recent dashboard it found is 20221111. Off hand...

Re: I Can't Update My Software
Will it boot a pure RaspiOS image (currently up to Debian Bullseye). If it won't boot that with the radio card removed, there is a good chance it won't boot anything with/without radio card. 3.x is running a Jessie based OS -- and that is ages out of date; Debian likely no longer has archives of upd...

Re: Brandmeister v2 key API change?
More likely it means that OpenSPOT didn't even have BM API v2 support, and need to add it.

Re: Pistar, alternatives to Rasperry Pi boards?
Is there a possibility to adapt the pi-star to the MangoPi MQ-Pro D1 board and thus, as on the Nanopi, Nanopi Air. Orange Pi. And Odroid XU4 SBC's extend the possibility of use on MangoPi as well. Please note that all four of those alternate boards are running a version of RaspiOS that is three maj...

Re: Libre help needed
The mention of Ubuntu was to indicate the board is working and mostly RPi compatible. Your original post seemed to state the opposite. Can load RPi OS, but not Ubuntu. If you meant you can load Ubuntu, but NOT RaspiOS, that is a different matter. Note that, on R-Pi, booting is NOT done by the ARM p...
