As long as you also have:

[DMR Network 1]
PassAllTG=1
PassAllTG=2

Then I'd say, yes, that's what you should expect.

Re: Xfinity security alerts

Ahah, No I did not. I will go change that now, thanks. My fear is that someone may have compromised your Pi-Star, introducing code that is "up to no good," which in turn may be triggering Xfinity's threat detection. Don't laugh: A ham friend of mine in New Jersey had that very scenario ha...

Re: Xfinity security alerts

Did you change the password on your Pi-Star installation from the default one to something more secure?

Re: TGIF not accepting ESSID when editing DMR GateWay

> I can not use ESSID: 05 Have you tried other ESSIDs besides 05? I've heard of others having problems with the current TGIF server rejecting certain ids for no apparent reason. When that does occur, changing the last two digits to something that hasn't been previously seen by/used on the server oft...

Re: default settings for tgif network - not passing audio?

In addition to AF6VN's insights, the parrot on TGIF is a private call, not a group call, to 9990, not 9998.

You may need additional rewrite rules to accommodate this, depending on the ones you're using for other networks in the gateway config file.

Re: Can't upgrade beyond RC7

Puzzling. Andy's github repo has nothing later than 4.1.0-RC7, but I did find a 4.1.0-RC10 showing up here: So there seems to be something newer out there somewhere. Anyone else know WIHIH? Can't speak to anything else, but that page you posted looks to be running F1RMB's fork. Look here for detail...

As far as I can find, not according to FCC Part 97 as currently interpreted. Sorry.

Re: Pi-Star on Xfinity WiFi

Just guessing, but maybe your IP on your home network has been banned by the particular DMR network you're attempting to use?

You might want to try another network to confirm or rule out this possibility.
