OK, my mistake, I don't think I can offer any advice given your combination of hardware that I am not familiar with.

I have 4.1.16 here but have not done a modem flash with this version, it's possible that something has changed but I am not aware of anything obvious.

What talkgroups are you using? Sounds like the hotspot is transmitting a TG that isn't in the Receive Group on the Hytera but to be sure we need to know a bit more about the setup.
