I also updated and upgraded to VN4.1RC3 and find that my RPI3B+ and jumbospot modem is now running about 4 to 5 degrees F warmer at idle than it used to with VN4.1RC2. I also notice that the cpu usage at idle is almost twice what it was with the previous RC2 software.
Anyone else notice this?

Debian released the formal Buster yesterday. That probably is propagating out to changes in the repositories -- Raspbian was distributing a "testing" release, and will likely have a full "stable" release coming out soon. Will this mean we will have to burn a new image to an SD c...

I updated from vn 4.0 RC4 to vn 4.1 RC1 and I restored my backup created by vn 4.0 RC4 and noticed that the system time zone and dashboard language were not restored. Are these items not being backed up? Other than that the new VN 4.1 RC1 works fine here on my jumbospot on a RPI 3B+ board.

Did you setup your modem type in the configuration and did you enter your ssid and password in the wifi configuration section?

Did the Beta get pulled. I got my Pi 4 and was hoping to have something to play with. jn N4NQY Yes, posting a new one soon - working on a bunch of stuff at once here - wont be too much longer... Andy, Will we have to burn a new image or will doing an pistar-upgrade work to bring the RC1 up to date
