I do have setup a github page for my additions to the facebook group, will explore if other contributions can be hosted on that page too.
Criteria is to have a 'clean' searech facility and conventions to use that page to keep it user-friendly ..

This is an example of the DMR-Page from Model 7-Flag edition, which supports all sizes both Basic & Enhanced.

If the screen is developed for the Nextion, you have to know which "basic field" are used: * The G4KLX templates do have the basic fields and needs the G4KLX screenlayout setting (type 0 or 1 in mmdvm.ini) * the ON7LDS basic screens has added the ip-addres field and you have to set ON7LDS ...

IN the Model 5 screens (PD0DIB) I've swapped BER and RSSI :) Corrected in the latest versions and posted in the files section at the Nextion FB Group.

The frequencies are 'programmed' as a text field in the Nextion Editor.
If you open the .hmi file, you see the frequency, click on it and see in the right column (half way) the txt with the frequency. Edit that text to your frequency and save the (new) .hmi file for upload to your screen...

As in the FB-Group already asnwered: The Raspberry 3+ (Stretch) isn't handling correct the USB status.
That is the reason Pi-Star is still bèta for RPi3+ / Stretch
