Re: No “MMDVM_HS_Dual_Hat" modem type.. What do I use?
Mine are total clone boards... but I'm finding that the MMDVM_HS_Dual_Hat (DB9MAT, DF2ET & DO7EN) settings work fine, too... so I'll leave it at that.

Not on a jumbospot.
It may be doable with a duplex hotspot, though.

Re: Unable to Switch Back to 'rpi-ro'
Yeah. It goes back to ro after an update. This bug has always been a bit random for me, going to rw sometimes, but not always; so while it's great to see some people having success seeing it go back to ro after an update, I'll be waiting a week or two before I start thinking it's really solved. Re: Unable to Switch Back to 'rpi-ro'
Just an FYI - I ran a pistar-update on both my DMR ZUM and Fusion Jumbo today after reading about a potential kernel glitch from a friend & both units came back up 'ro' after a safe reboot. Maybe it was something specific to Buster, and not Andy's software? I updated all 5 of my hotspots. They ...

Re: Help Selecting Correct Board For Build And Firmware
I have that board. Didn't need to solder anything. Jp1 was there and closed. There were some anytone issues with it receiving, but those were corrected via some settings in pi star. The receive issues were corrected via anytone firmware. I likely got a clone board. It has performed great for me, onc...
