Brandmeister & TGIF at the same time

Post by W2YAL »

Is it possible to program a hotspot to access both the Brandmeister and the TGIF network without having to reset it back and forth?

If you are using a single radio hotspot - its not advised, there is too much talk group overlap. If you are using a dual radio hotspot have a search for TGIF I posted a snip for putting TGIF on TS1.

I know this is an old topic, but I’m back from a long hiatus and just got back to dmr.
I worked on and off for a few weeks until I understood most of the needs here, for me.
It is possible with the dmrgateway-3 from here (https://github.com/ve3rd/DMRGateway-3)

I had best luck with a fresh install of pi-star, then the nextion install, then the gateway.

Then I cloned the card and gave it to my buddy so he didn’t have to suffer through it.
