3,5 inch LCD screen install on Pi Star?

Is it possible to make this standard 3.5 inch LCD screen also work on Pi-star? Now I see only white clear image without any info.

Don't know about your hardware, but it sure couldn't be used on my system... My DV-Mega board plugs into/and covers the same pins this display looks to use. (I'm presuming it works on a 3B/3B+ even though the display doesn't use /all/ the available pins).
