Raspberry Pi 3 B+ WON'T BOOT

Post by VE1JCS »

Good Afternoon,
I have a raspberry pi 3 B+ and just loaded the latest image V4.1.20-May-2020
Pi goes to boot up and then at the beginning displays "vc_vchi_sm_int: failed to open VCHI servic (1) "
Next line shows "vc_sm_connected_int: failed to initialize shared memory
Then it loads many other lines before rebooting and repeating the whole process all over again

I tried using V3.4.17_20Jan-2019 "same thing happens"

What is going on here?
Any one have any suggestions?

Thank You
James
