Brightness settings for Nextion Screen

Post by PD0DIB »

[Tech Tip] Do you know ...
You can set the Idle Brightness and Brightness of your Nextion screen:
For Pi-Star users: go to the Expert page, MMDVMHost editor and go down to the Nextion part (for other MMDVMHost compilations: go to the .ini file, same procedure).
Set IdleBrightness & Brightness to the value that suite you the best and Apply Changes.

Thank you for this tip, Rob! That's really good to know as I'm sure it will help preserve the battery of a mobile hotspot using a Nextion screen.
