I've posted some Nextion screenfiles (.hmi) for duplex boards, which are based on the extended MMDVMHost info, written by ON7LDS.
You can find those files in the files section of the Facebook Nextion support group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Nextion/files/
And have to setup in Pi-Star your screen as showed in this picture:
