Need Nextion power /data cord.

Post by k9ohv »

Anyone know where i can get another Plug/cord for the screen? It's the one that comes in the box with the screen. I took mine and cut the ends off and soldiered it to the board before i found out you need to connect to the computer to program it!

Or...

Can it be programmed through the MMDVM board? There is a USB plug on the board.

Thanks,
Rob

Been a while since I set up a nextion, but both of mine were set up using an SD card...

Copy your template to the sd card, put the SD card in the slot on the nextion, power up, it copies it over. Power down, remove the SD card. and power back up with your new template..

I always set up my Nextion display via the mico USB. Just load TFT file into formatted micro SD card plug in and power up with no inputs.
