The update process has been improved such that any update of the pistar-update script itself will cause the script to re-run itself, not a big feature by any means, but it will help me not have to tell anyone to update twice in the future.

Also added the same trick for the detection of broken nginx service too, if that is detected, the script will re-start itself after fixing it.
