Mode switch after hang time delay?

Post by G6NLX »

Hi all.

I have used the following set up: basic equipment is a RasPi Zero, with MMDVM Hat and current version of Pi-Star.

I have YSF set to a FCS Reflector and also FCS2DMR set to connect to a DMR TG on demand.

I normally sit listening to the YSF feed.

Using the Wires-X commands, I can connect and set the links to the YSF2DMR reflector and work my preferred DMR TG.

when I am finished with YSF2DMR, I have to disconnect Wires-X and then use DTMF commands to get to the YSF reflector I want. It would be a lot easier if on the PiStar, I could configure something to recognise that I had disconnected from the YSF2DMR link, and then have it automatically revert back the YSF reflector that is set on the YSF only link, instead of having to reselect it with DTMF tones. I could just as likely deselect it with Wires-X commands, but it would be nice if it went back by itself.
I hope I have explained this Ok?

So the question is, does such functionality exist and I have just not found it yet?

Cheers, G.
