It would be useful if there is a brandmaster login failure to hear a tone on the repeater to let you know that you're on local traffic only. We have a few STM32 boards connected with surplus commercial repeaters and without monitoring a hotspot it isn't always clear you are getting out on networked talk groups. If pi-star could trigger some type of audible notification when the server login fails at the tail of a transmission, it would be a useful alert.

I agree on this one. My quick check is to jump over to the parrot as I move from repeater to repeater. That concept would avoid having to do so, no tone you are good. Tone... No link.
